Our Terms & Your Conditions

1. Acceptance of Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability of stock. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time before shipment.

2. Prices

Prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of freight, insurance, taxes, duties, and customs clearance charges unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Payment Terms

• New customers: 50% advance payment with order, 50% balance before shipment.
• Established customers: Payment terms may be extended up to 30 days against approved credit (subject to prior agreement).
• Accepted payment methods: Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), PayPal (with 4% surcharge), or Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.

4. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Most items have a minimum order quantity of 20–100 pieces depending on the product. Smaller trial orders may be accepted with a surcharge.

5. Lead Time

Standard delivery time is 4–8 weeks from receipt of advance payment and order confirmation. Rush orders can be arranged with additional charges.

6. Quality & Warranty

All instruments are manufactured from medical-grade stainless steel and are guaranteed free from material and workmanship defects for 2 years from the date of invoice under normal use and proper sterilization procedures. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper sharpening are not covered.

7. Custom/Private Labeling

We offer free private labeling and laser etching (your logo/brand name) on orders above 200 pieces per item.

8. Shipping & Risk

Goods travel at buyer’s risk. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays or damage during transit.

9. Claims & Returns

• Claims for shortage or damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
• Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects and must be pre-approved with an RMA number.
• Custom-made or engraved items cannot be returned.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays caused by war, strikes, natural disasters, government restrictions, or any event beyond our reasonable control.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sialkot, Pakistan.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
